3. What’s your return and exchange policy?
Damaged/Defective Items: Notify us within 3 days with a photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong Size: If we deliver wrong size we will exchange at free of cost, and if you want to exchange and return the ordered size then customer will take it on cost. We do not exchange and return the wrong ordered size from customer side.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
4. When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped within 10 days. Delivery time depends on your location, and you’ll receive tracking details once shipped.
5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we don’t offer COD. We accept credit/debit cards and UPI for payment. We promote Digital Bharat.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to cancel it.
