1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective due to handling errors, please follow these steps for a replacement or refund:
- Time Frame: Submit your request within 3 days of delivery.
- Documentation Required:
- Photos: Provide a clear photos of the defective item, along with images of the original packaging.
- Order ID: Mention your Order ID in your claim.
- How to Submit: Send the required documentation to us via our official email id support@teerov.com and Form.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: To qualify for a return, the T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@teerov.com within the return window with your order number and reason for the return.
- If eligible, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Please allow us 24-48 hours to review and respond to your return request.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized T-shirts (e.g., unique designs, special sizes, or printed names).
- Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale).
5. Size Exchanges
If an incorrect size was ordered or a product needs to be exchanged for reasons other than defects:
- Customer Responsibility: Size exchanges are handled at the customer’s expense. You’ll need to place a new order to receive the correct size.
Teerov is not responsible for return shipping or additional costs related to size exchanges.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
- The photos are mandatory to verify the cause of any reported damage or defect. Without this documentation, Teerov reserves the right to deny any refunds or replacements.
